Nesting Products

If you are looking to attract birds to nest in your garden Elaine's birding has deigned some lovely nesting products.

There is a wide range of products for all types of birds to encourage them to nest.

To increase the chances of birds nesting in your garden try to plant indigenous plants and shrubs. Ensure that if a bird has built a nest or shows interest in your nesting logs/boxes that you do not disturb them. Observe the birds from a distance to ensure that they feel that their nesting position is safe and secure. Birds also like to nest close to accessible food and water so ensure that you maintain a continuous flow of water and food for the birds.

Remember to keep nesting boxes and logs away from predators like cats and dogs.
