Nectar Feeder

Our Nectar Feeder is based on a 750ml bottle. In addition, we are able to supply replacement nozzles for the bottle.

This Large Nectar Feeder (750ml) is a practical approach to feeding a flock of (thirsty) birds due to the fluid volume.

The design permits easy removal of the bottle for cleaning and/or filling. The nozzle is a plug-in type of food grade rubber using sealing o-rings, that improves durability compared to screw types, and is replaceable. In addition, the nozzle is designed with protective grooves to prevent bee ingress. In short, the feeders are simple yet effective, beautiful and practical, and great fun for the family!

The Nectar Feeder attracts a wide variety of garden birds - Sunbirds, Cape White Eyes, Bulbuls, Weavers, Mouse Birds and Sparrows just to name a few. It is normally used with a sugar mix (recipe supplied), but may also be offered as a water dispenser only.

The feeder is best used with Elaine's Nectar Mix drink.
