Bird-Grub-in-a-Tub Feeder
The Bird-Grub-in-a-Tub Feeder is a wooden feeder designed to complement your garden. It accepts a single Bird-Grub-in-a-Tub unit as a cartridge. The suet tub contains 260g of high grade suet, and fastens securely to the feeder.
The feeder is designed with a decorative pattern on the body. It is easily accessed by the garden birds (up to 30cm), and is of robust construction. The feeder approach is to minimise the necessity for cleaning by facilitating rotation/replacement of cartridges - it is nevertheless a feeder that is easy to clean, and will give years of service.
As with all Elaine's birding products, the entire design manufacture and assembly is done in South Africa using local craftsmen.
As an alternative to Bird-Grub-in-a-Tub, the cartridge is also well suited to use with Elaine's Nutty Putty Pudding.
